The Grand Maloney Hotel

“We had a wonderful stay in the Green Room! The Grand Maloney is a prime location, right off of Duval Street, just a short walk to all the best bars. The house and room were very clean, and well kept. There is no fridge in the room, but there is a shared mini fridge in the main common area, which was perfect to hold our left overs and a few drinks! The Grand Maloney team was very responsive when we had issues unlocking the door, they sent maintenance out right away to fix it. The backyard was a nice hang out spot and great for pictures. The other guests in the house were super friendly and we never had any noise issues. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends!”

“The Grand Maloney Hotel is perfectly situated. It’s just off Duval, which makes it quiet but absolutely central, and only a few minutes walk from Mallory square and its famous sunset. It’s a hotel without staff on the premises, and is only cleaned when you leave, which is why I only had 4 stars for service, but when I called with a question there was someone at the end of the phone to answer. I love the fact that it had 2 washing machines and driers. I loved the spaces on the ground floor where you could just be. Actually my husband and I both took work calls there. The Blue Room was spacious and nicely decorated. It was a bit damp though, which I am sure is why there is a dehumidifier. Maybe other rooms do not have this issue. I loved that the hotel is small, quiet, pretty and has a good feeling about it. Highly recommended.”

“This is a great little boutique hotel with a great location that is within walking distance to just about anywhere in town. It has a small laundry room in case you need to wash your clothes. We reported an issue with our sink, and it was fixed by the time we returned from a short walk for breakfast and coffee. While our room has a complete bathroom, it appears that at least one of the rooms has a shower and separate toilet areas. But since everything isn't perfect, I'll say that parking is ridiculous and pricey, which may not be much of a problem for people from large northern cities, and not a fault of the hotel but of Key West in general. Also, I hope that you travel with someone who's good company since none of the rooms have a television.”

“Our first time in the keys, we stayed two nights in Key West. This was a GREAT location!!! We could walk to everywhere on our to-do list. The neighborhood was cute and felt very safe. The apartment we rented was very clean. The staff was VERY responsive! I messaged them late at night about an outlet and they responded right away and had maintenance there the next morning. Highly recommend all around!”
